Happy New Year!

We are facing an icy New Year's Eve, but nothing like the storm they are experiencing further north, where a blizzard has shut down the state. Lisa will join Paul and me for dinner and an evening of games. We are heading out shortly for Coastal Seafoods to see what strikes our fancy for our New Year's Eve dinner. Sounds like a great plan, doesn't it?

We are all well fed here at the Geier ranch.

One week until we (hopefully) head south. Who will feed our friends in our absence?

Ice is awful! I greatly dislike that and blizzards! I feel so sorry for the birds and animals - it will be a long winter for them! There was so much snow at the cain, that we couldn't get to our bird feeders to fil them up! I saw lots of bunny tracks around so I imagine they will be eating the bark off the trees to survive!
