Shrimp Jambalaya

Today was a very quiet day at the ranch.

We started a fire in the wood stove this morning and kept it going while Paul watched football.

I made shrimp jambalaya for dinner.  Yum! Paul said, "Let's have this in Florida this winter."

Beth and Gary, plan on joining us! Anybody else? We'll play rummy after dinner.

Oh yum! I wish my travel schedule wasn't so booked up for 2011 - I'm so due for a trip down to Venice. Maybe in 2012?

Have a great week. Julia Child Night post will be up tomorrow morning! Posting photos on facebook tonight!

Oh, my! that looks fabulous! You are one fine cook, me dear sister! If we can work it in, we'll be down to Florida this winter and would love to have some Shrimp jambalaya! By the sounds of it, we are in for a nasty one! Yesterday we didn't get any snow or rain! In fact, I even cleaned a few more windows outside in my sweatshirt! {Well, I was wearing pants, too, I should explain, but I didn't wear a jacket!} I am counting my lucky stars!
